60 Prayer Points – Sarah and Abraham’s Conception Miracle

Genesis 21

And the Lord visited Sarah as He had said, and the Lord did for Sarah as He had spoken. ² For Sarah conceived and bore Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him. ³ And Abraham called the name of his son who was born to him—whom Sarah bore to him—Isaac.⁴ Then Abraham circumcised his son Isaac when he was eight days old, as God had commanded him. ⁵ Now Abraham was one hundred years old when his son Isaac was born to him. ⁶ And Sarah said, “God has made me laugh, and all who hear will laugh with me.” ⁷ She also said, “Who would have said to Abraham that Sarah would nurse children? For I have borne him a son in his old age.”

PRAYER POINTS

1. Father in Name of Jesus Christ, thank you for your love for me and for my spouse and I are daughters and sons of Abraham.
2. Father, I believe you just as Abraham did, for Genesis 15:6 says, that “He believed in the Lord, and He accounted it to him for righteousness.” Let my faith be counted as righteousness before you.
3. Lord, I stand on your covenant, because as you said in Genesis 17:4, “My covenant is with you, and you shall be a father of many nations.” Let the fruit of that covenant manifest in my life.
4. Lord, nothing is too hard for you, just as you asked in Genesis 18:14, “Is anything too hard for the Lord?” At your appointed time, visit me with the blessing of conception.
5. Father, like Abraham, I will not waver at your promise, for Romans 4:20–21 reminds me Abraham was “strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, fully convinced that what You promised, You were also able to perform.” Strengthen my faith too, Lord Jesus Christ.
6. Lord, call things into being in my life, for Romans 4:17 says, “God…calls those things which do not exist as though they did.” Call forth my fruitfulness, Lord.
7. God, give me the strength to conceive, as you did for Sarah in Hebrews 11:11, “By faith Sarah herself also received strength to conceive seed.” I trust in your faithfulness.
8. Father in the name of Jesus, help me to live a life of obedience you like Abraham did, as Hebrews 11:8 says, “By faith Abraham obeyed…not knowing where he was going.” Help me walk in faith even when I don’t see the full picture.
9. Lord, teach me to endure like Abraham, for Hebrews 6:15 says, “After he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise.” Give me patience and endurance to see your promises fulfilled.
10. Father, I am blessed with believing as Abraham, as Galatians 3:9 declares, “Those who are of faith are blessed with believing Abraham.” I receive that blessing over my life.
11. Lord, I belong to Christ and am Abraham’s seed, according to Galatians 3:29, “If you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.” I claim my inheritance of fruitfulness now.
12. Father, I thank You for making me a daughter/son of Abraham through faith in Jesus Christ.
13. Lord, I bless You because the blessings of Abraham are my inheritance in Christ.
14. Thank You, Lord Jesus Christ, for including me in the covenant of fruitfulness You made with Abraham.
15. I praise You, Father, in the Name of Jesus Christ, for calling me a seed of Abraham and heir according to the promise.
16. Father, I thank You for making me a heir of the promises made to our Father Abraham.
17. Lord Jesus, as You promised Abraham a child, let that same promise of fruitfulness be fulfilled in my life.
18. Father, You said Sarah would conceive, even in old age, do the same for me in Your mercy in Jesus’ Name.
19. God of Abraham, remember Your covenant and bless me with conception as You did for him in Jesus’ Name.
20. Just as You gave Abraham and Sarah a child of promise, grant me my own child of destiny in Jesus’ Name.
21. I receive the promise of fruitfulness as part of my covenant inheritance in Christ Jesus.
22. Let the same power that brought life to Sarah’s womb bring life to my body in Jesus’ name.
23. Father, fulfill Your word to multiply Abraham’s seed through me and make me fruitful in Jesus’ Name.
24. As you counted Abraham’s descendants like stars, count me among those who receive children from You in Jesus’ Name.
25. Let the faith of Abraham work in me to receive the promise of conception without wavering in Jesus’ Name.
26. I hold on to the promise You made to Abraham, bless me with a child, in Jesus’ Name.
27. Every spirit of barrenness in my lineage, I bind and cast you out in the name of Jesus Christ.
28. Every curse fighting against the blessing of conception in my life, break by fire in Jesus’ name.
29. Every hidden covenant blocking my womb, be destroyed by the blood of Jesus.
30. I uproot every evil altar speaking against my fruitfulness in the name of Jesus Christ.
31. Every demonic delay to conception, scatter now by the fire of the Holy Ghost.
32. I cancel every evil word spoken against my conception by the power in the blood of Jesus.
33. Any ancestral spirit resisting the blessing of Abraham in my life, be consumed by fire.
34. Every satanic monitoring spirit tracking my womb, be blinded and cast out in Jesus’ name.
35. I come against every spiritual blockade hindering the manifestation of God’s promise in my womb.
36. I destroy every spiritual veil covering the truth about my conception in Jesus’ name.
37. Every witchcraft assignment against my fruitfulness, be reversed by fire.
38. I break every evil pattern of miscarriage, delay, and barrenness in my family line in the Name of Jesus Christ.
39. Every demonic delay working against my conception, expire now in Jesus’ name.
40. I frustrate every marine power holding back my fruitfulness in the name of Jesus.
41. Every spirit of infirmity in my reproductive organs, come out by fire in Jesus’ name.
42. I declare war against every hidden enemy of my womb in the name of Jesus Christ. Let them loose in the Name of Jesus Christ.
43. I release God’s judgment against every evil spirit sitting on my conception in the Name of Jesus Christ.
44. Let the fire of God consume every demonic seed planted to block my pregnancy in the Name of Jesus Christ.
45. Every satanic exchange involving my womb, I reverse it now in Jesus’ name.
46. I bind and cast out the spirit of doubt and hopelessness, fighting my conception.
47. Father, I thank You because I am fruitful and will bring forth children to Your glory in the Name of Jesus Christ.
48. I declare that my womb is blessed and ready to conceive in the name of Jesus Christ.
49. Thank You, Lord, because I shall not be barren. I carry the seed of promise in the Name of Jesus Christ.
50. I give You praise, Lord, because the promise is manifesting in my life in the Name of Jesus Christ.
51. I declare that I am conceiving by the power of the Holy Spirit in the Name of Jesus Christ.
52. Thank You, Father, for answering my prayers and opening my womb in the Name of Jesus Christ.
53. I rejoice, because what You did for Sarah, You have done for me in the Name of Jesus Christ.
54. I declare that every month is a new opportunity for conception, and I am walking into it in the Name of Jesus Christ.
55. I declare boldly I am fruitful, I am conceiving, and I shall bring forth in due season in the Name of Jesus Christ.
56. Thank You, Lord, because I will testify and hold my child, in Jesus’ name in the Name of Jesus Christ.
57. Thank you, Jesus, for I will sing the joyful song of Sarah.
58. Thank you, Lord Jesus Christ, because you are mighty and great in all your doings.
59. Thank you, Lord Jesus Christ, because in you my faith is strengthened.
